Huntington-Eccles Byway

The Huntington-Eccles Scenic Byway begins in Fairview, Utah. The drive heads east up the canyon on Highway 31 through the Manti La-Sal National Forest. After reaching the summit of Fairview Canyon, follow Highway 31 towards Huntington, or Highway 264 towards Scofield.

Be sure to stop by the Mammoth Discovery Site next to the Huntington/Mammoth Reservior. Trail Head: (N39.58571 W111.25940, Elevation 9,076)

Nebo Loop Scenic Byway

The Nebo Loop Scenic Byway begins in Payson, Utah. The route is a 37 mile drive through the Uinta National Forest. Mt. Nebo, the highest peak on the drive, reaches an elevation of 11,928 feet above sea level. When you reach the junction with Highway 132, consider turning East and continue your tour through the beautiful Sanpete Valley. _{Photo by Pat Johnson}

The Nebo Loop Scenic Byway is closed during the winter and is a groomed snowmobile trail.
